So I finally saw this clip and that announcer 100% hates VTubers and Anime Culture
The way she says it is clearly mocking and making fun of the category as a whole.

Yeah, I get it. People who are legitimately fuming about "streamer awards" are cringe. But vtubers who are using this opportunity to bootlick communities that absolutely HATE them are also cringe. Even the announcement was made by someone who hates vtubers. Grow a spine.
