Gotta love people—you give them everything you can, and somehow they still find a way to treat you like crap. Talent, really.

Our greatest disappointment comes when our expectations of who we want people to be don't match the reality of who they really are. It's easy to say don't have expectations, but as humans we do. So be realistic in your expectations. Learn to depend on the Almighty alone!

I've been thinking a lot lately about taking chances, and how it's really just about overcoming your fears. Because the truth is, every time you take a big risk in your life, no matter how it ends up, you're always glad you took it..

I saw a quote today that said: "Peace comes when you realize that everything that's out of your control should be completely out of your mind too." And wow... did I need to hear that right about now.
