Double in my neighborhood is falling apart. Tenants living in units with busted windows. Hasn't paid taxes in 2 years. Landlord took a $125k mortgage on property a few years ago. Clearly, not a dime was reinvested. At same time was in news for opening a business. Refuses to sell the property to an ethical landlord (so far).

In reality she’s a technician doing routine pump meter calibration. They run a measured amount of fuel through the dispensers into a test container to check accuracy, then pour the tested gasoline back into the underground tank
