الجزیره خبری کار کرده درباره #قطعی_اینترنت در #ایران و حالا راویان روایت حکومت دارند به مخاطب غیرایرانی القا میکنند که اینترنت در ایران قطع نشده، فقط به خاطر شرایط جنگی کمی محدودش کردند و مردم به سرویسهای محلی دسترسی دارند!
یکبار برای همیشه تعریف اینترنت رو مرور کنیم: اینترنت یک شبکه جهانیه و دقیقاً همون چیزیه که الان برای بیشتر مردم ایران قطعه.
ما چیزی به اسم "اینترنت داخلی" نداریم. اینکه چند سرویس داخلی، بانکی یا حکومتی هنوز کار میکنند، واقعیت رو عوض نمیکنه.
این چیزی که باقی مونده اسمش اینترنت نیست که بگید یهذرهاش به خاطر جنگ قطع شده. این افتضاح، شبکهای محدود، کنترلشده و طبقاتیه.
پس اینترنت در ایران قطع است!
و این یک واقعیت فنی و قابل اندازهگیریه نه فقط یک اختلاف نظر درباره تعریف واژهها!

This seems to be the message now being pushed to non-Iranian audiences: "that the internet in Iran is not really cut, only partly restricted because of wartime conditions". Basic fact: There is no such thing as “domestic internet” in this sense. The Internet has a clear meaning: a global network of networks. For most people in #Iran, access to that global Internet has been cut off. Available data shows external connectivity at around 1% of normal. And even that “normal” was already a limited, whitelisted version of access before the war. The fact that some domestic services on #NIN remain online does not change that reality. #IranDigitalBlackout #DigitalBlackOutIran
