Do you want millions of deaths for certain (fossil) or a tiny chance for a nuclear disaster that will probably have only a few deaths? Complete nuclear meltdown of the planet won't be caused by power plants but rather bombs

Hopefully, it is now extremely obvious that Europe should restart dormant nuclear power stations and increase power output of existing ones. This is *critical* to national and international security.

@howardrgold1 @elonmusk Fossil fuels also have waste, you just don't see it and it is dumped in the atmosphere causing a lot of harm and pollution. At least with nuclear you can put it somewhere where it doesn't harm people, of which there are many sites all over the world already,

@SBF_FTX This is awesome! Have you heard of olivine as a carbon sink? It's the geological equivalent of trees (and therefore a much older method to store co2 than in living things). See eg project vesta or greensand

@SBF_Alameda it's not possible to deposit SPL tokens on FTX anymore via Solflare. Because I get a new address everytime, Solflare complains with "We don't allow minting recipients accounts if their SOL balance is 0" since a few days
