@FirstEssex the rudest attendant (not the driver) on the X10 7am this morning from Runwell. Refused to give people return tickets, then laughed and made a comment it’s only a 40p saving. We buy returns every day so why is today different?

@greateranglia when will train lengths are number of services increase? Trains are starting to get very busy at rush hour uneseccarily.
