$ASTS: Company raising $400M convertible notes with a capped call (raises conversion price = less potential dilution for a cost that is tax deductible). Terms not set yet but this will likely price overnight. $RKLB did one in Feb 2024 and $SOFI in March 2024. My guess is $RDW will likely do one too given the cash needed to pay for Edge Autonomy deal. Should I do a Twitter space tonight to discuss?

@spacanpanman fidelity has been buying #ASTS from last few quarters.

$ASTS: YES IT HAS STARTED! The mutual fund I have been waiting for finally bought in! Fidelity just purchased an initial 169,600 share position in AST SpaceMobile. When Fidelity likes a stock, they can buy up to 15% of the shares outstanding. I'm going to be tracking their ownership very closely.
