House 817 has recently completed on site! A new master suite, sitting room, utility, and entrance have been created through a two-storey side extension with the externals being refreshed and elevated to suit. #HomeTransformation #Extension #BeforeAndAfter

Just as a reminder that we’re closed for an extra day over the long weekend with tomorrow (Wednesday 1stApril) being our last day in the office before we take an extended bank holiday weekend and return to the office on Tuesday 7th April.

Yesterday we received planning permission for House 846! This proposed home extension in the Winchester conservation area is angled to face into the private, well-tended garden, whilst also maximising the amount of daylight that the space will receive. #PlanningPermission

Please also note that we’ll be closed for an extra day over the easter weekend. We’ll be closed from Thursday 2nd April and will be back in the office on Tuesday 7th April.

So pleased to share that Buckinghamshire Council granted us planning permission for Project 838 at the end of last week! This village hall is to undergo a major remodelling to create more flexibility, a more welcoming entrance, and better accessibility.

This week marks 17 years of LA Hally! We’ve worked on lots of interesting projects over the years, from new builds to extensions to conversions, working on both domestic and commercial buildings. We’re excited to see what the next year will bring!

House 801 went in for planning recently! This conservation area proposal includes a garage conversion and internal reconfiguration, as well as new windows throughout to unify the existing array of window colours and materials. #Winchester #HampshireArchitect

House 806 is a 1.5 storey home that has been transformed into a sleek, multigenerational family home with the addition of a 1.5 storey extension. The clients recently sent us these update photos, lovely to see how the projects that we don’t go on site with turn out! #Hampshire

As House 839 progresses on site, we start to see the key views emerge. The new hallway frames a notable view towards the original fireplace which should be highlighted nicely once the renovation of this bungalow is completed! #BungalowRenovation #Hampshire

House 837 is another project we got planning permission for just before the festive break! This conversion project sees an old, disused dairy farm building turned into a habitable annex. As with House 842, this project is rolling straight into the technical detailing stage...

Just before Christmas we received planning permission for House 842! This residential extension features a large open plan kitchen-diner with a luxurious master suite above. Permission was also given for a new detached triple garage with an attached workshop & potting shed.

Last week we had our Christmas party which started with an escape room and ended with a lovely festive dinner! Our office is closing Friday 19th December for the Christmas period and we re-open on Monday 5th January. Until then, we wish you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!

Permission was recently granted by Winchester City Council for a replacement dwelling within the Winchester conservation area! This new build utilises a double pitch to achieve good head heights internally without becoming overly imposing on its local streetscape. #Winchester

The interiors for House 818 are well-designed spaces that feel intentionally crafted and well-suited to their function. The finishes work to elevate the final finish of the home, from the luxurious large format tiles lining the bathrooms, to the charming floor tiles in the entry.
