@Hania16836 I was a server for years and 20% is recommended. If you WANT to leave more or think your server earned it then awesome! But you should never feel pressured to leave more than 20% and I worked fine dining! You were only $5 short and you should have told management what he said!

@cecegkh I think we’ve lost something as a society. We don’t take care of ourselves in how we dress or our bodies. We look unkempt. This is a picture of how people dressed to fly in the 1970s. In my lifetime we went from healthy-looking, well-dressed people to what we have now.

Dilemma. What do I do with these embroidered pillowcases ? They were given to my mom at her wedding. They were embroidered by her grandma, my great great grandma. My mom never used them because /she “couldn’t ever replace them” after her grandma passed. She kept them in the linen closet in the house I grew up in.
