@neurocritical preferimos la ubicación intraventricular porque utilizamos los sensores de presión arterial invasiva para monitorizar PIC porque no tenemos fibra óptica, además usamos sondas k33 de alimentacion neonatal en el espacio subdural en craneotomizados #NCSTJC @labic6 #Bolivia

Finally, the results from ESETT! This RCT looked at 2nd-line agents (fosphenytoin, levetiracetam & valproate) for benzo-refractory status epilepticus. All 3 led to seizure cessation and improved LOC in half of patients with similar adverse events rates. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
