Weekend experiments: I have Qwen3.5 35b 4bit running locally inside OpenClaw on my Macbook Pro M5 Max with full vision and at ~100 TPS. Just expanded it to 80,000 token context window. It's definitely not perfect and needs further fine tuning but its VERY useable, private, and 100% local. Here's a screenshot of me talking to it through Telegram. True, local "ChatGPT 4o" experience. Elon said in a recent interview that he thinks we can get to double the model intelligence density per GB. I can't imagine having twice as smart local AI than this. Local AI is coming.
