Important point here: Shootings being the #1 killer of our children is a choice we make as a country; other countries aren’t like this. It’s a policy choice forced on us by Republican leaders. It’s not a permanent condition unless we let it be.

@EM_RESUS I am a paediatric emergency physician working in Australia. I have NEVER seen a gunshot wound in a child, and have not seen a gunshot wound in anyone for over 20 years. This cause of death is the result of "choices" by politicians and the people they represent.
