Birthdays are not so bad after all!

Today has been hard and draining. So easy to forget about the ‘strong’ ones in the family. 4 more sleep Mr Coops and then it’s just me, you and Egypt.

@Remzsx You are not being too harsh. My dad did the same to me, my brother and my mum. I wouldn’t even consider putting my life at risk to save his.

Very proud of the littlest Cooper running her first ever 5k today with our family, at the #lovelutonrunfest . Raising over £1000 for Keech who were an invaluable support when we lost Mum a couple of months ago 💔

While our hearts are breaking and we try to adapt to life without Mum, we are reminded how loved we are. Thank you Amanda and Tom ❤️❤️❤️

Grief comes in waves. Find those special moments where you find peace and cling on to it. Wild swimming in a secluded spot in Wales is what we all needed.

Three things I have discovered this weekend. 1. The burgers at @diddlysquatshop are the BEST ever and with queuing for. 2. Going for a bottomless brunch at 1pm will definitely result in an afternoon nap. 3. Going on a hen weekend in your 40’s earns you the Monday off work
