@neproxin idk if it's applicable to this but i find it can be helpful to sleep with my blinds open - there are cells behind your eyelids in your retinas that respond to sunrays and can stimulate your brain enough to wake you up it's not a game changer but it can help your chances for sure

Anyone got any tips for when you can’t sleep at night but need to get some before tomorrow? I’m really bad at only sleeping 2-4 hours cos I WILL sleep through my alarms
