Une décision sans fondement scientifique, qui va compliquer encore les relations entre les citoyens Français et les Britanniques, déjà bouleversées par le Brexit... L’esxceptionnalisme britannique est décidément bien mal inspiré. Des mesures de réciprocité sont inévitables.
