You've got 6 hours between work ending and bed. Take off cooking, eating, washing up, the food shop you didn't do at the weekend, replying to the messages you've ignored all day. You're left with maybe 2 hours of real time. In those 2 hours you'll watch 90 minutes of something you won't remember, scroll for the rest of it, and go to bed wondering where the evening went. This is the actual block of time most people have to do anything they want with their lives. Five days a week, fifty weeks a year. Most people will spend the next 30 years filling those 2-hour blocks with the same thing they filled them with last night. The question is whether you'll be one of them.

I'm begging the internet to stop showing me 5 to 9 morning routines where someone drinks structured water, journals for an hour, and does ice plunges before sunrise. My morning routine is hitting snooze until the fear of homelessness physically drags me out of bed.
