@LSClafayette Here's tip #2: When building our plates be sure to make half of the plate fruits🍎 and veggies🥦! These foods can add color, texture, vitamins, and minerals to the plate! Try experimenting with fresh, frozen, and canned to find your favorite!

WOW! Ms. Stachowicz at @lafMiller went above and BEYOND with her @PosActSEL lessons this week. Kindergartners are in Unit 3 learning about their emotions and she created a STEM lesson where students worked as a team to make a boat to make the animals from their lessons float!

Congratulations to Allison, a fourth-grader at @lafMiller, on being named @LafayetteINPD's Student of the Month! Mayor Roswarski and City Clerk Cindy Murray joined the surprise party to tell Allison how proud everone is of her hard work and excellent citizenship. Well done!
