2nd bucket list bird in the last week!!! Just 100m away from where we are staying in the Stockholm archipelago there’s not just an Osprey, but an active nest. Unbelievable to see these guys up close whilst obvs maintaining a respectful distance.

One lesser spotted policy - Labour’s manifesto fully commits to a ban on conversion therapy. The Tories dropped their commitment to a ban in their manifesto launch on Tuesday, instead saying they need more time to think about it.

@ParianteLab @guardian I think the key is GPs clearly explaining how to come off them. I got little to no advice on how to taper when trying to swap antidepressants last year. They suggested tapering from 150mg to 0 in two weeks and nothing on pacing it! It really impacted me and haven’t tried since.
