Prosecutors Could Use Chud The Builder’s Own Videos Against Him At Trial x.com/TheBrancaShow/…
Andrew Branca Show@TheBrancaShow

How Chud WINS on Self-Defense In Nashville Shooting! LIVE at 11 AM ET! youtube.com/live/kYlV406-H… Dalton Eatherly, known online as "Chud the Builder," recently shot a man named Joshua Fox in Tennessee. Chud has built a reputation for deliberately provoking confrontations in public spaces—calling Black individuals racial slurs, making inflammatory remarks designed to agitate, and seemingly looking for conflict, all for the purpose of creating social media content. That pattern makes context critical as we analyze the shooting confrontation with Joshua Fox. This is a case where legal analysis requires walking a difficult line. Whatever one thinks of Chud’s antics, he has all the same rights of self-defense against unlawful attack as the rest of us—no more, and no less. The outcome in this shooting depends entirely on facts: Did Chud reasonably believe he faced imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm? Did he provoke the confrontation and acquire a legal duty to retreat in what is normally a stand-your-ground state? Provocation complicates a self-defense claim but doesn't automatically eliminate it. We'll break down the known and speculative facts, the applicable law, and explore the various legal outcomes. The purpose of all this? So you have a better understanding of the legal boundaries for the lawful use of force. Join me LIVE at 11 AM ET as I break it all down! Episode #1323. youtube.com/live/kYlV406-H…

HERE WE GO 🚨 California Democrats are making a move to rig the Governor’s race Democrats are putting forth a new ballot initiative to repeal the “Top 2” candidate rule that takes the 2 leading candidates, because the 2 leading candidates are Republicans “A new ballot initiative has been filed to repeal the state's top-two primary and return it to a party-based primary where voters like you would only vote for candidates in your own registered party” The man behind this is Steve Maviglio, he's the former communications director for Governor Gray Davis He's not some random nobody. Steve Maviglio a longtime Democratic insider, he’s a top Democrat operative He filed paperwork with the state to change the rules of the game now that Democrats are losing Keep in mind, this “Top 2” system is the same system that locked out Republicans for 15 years But now that it’s going to lock Democrats out they’re turning to their rigged elections to maintain power and change the rules

Bron: Jan Huzen

People warned this would spread… and now it is. What started in places like California, open drug use, tent cities, people passed out on sidewalks, trash piling up in once beautiful historic streets, is showing up across America. Now look what’s happening in Philadelphia. One of the most historic cities in the United States, the birthplace of American independence, now has entire streets that look like scenes from societal collapse. People unconscious on sidewalks, addiction out in the open, businesses disappearing, trash everywhere, and communities being left to rot while politicians pretend everything is fine. At some point we have to stop pretending these policies work. When cities stop enforcing laws, normalize addiction, drive businesses out, and put ideology over public safety… this is the result. How many more American cities have to fall apart before people admit something is deeply broken?

Dominion CAUGHT logging in REMOTELY, over the internet, to "fix" vote tabulator machines during the 2020 election. This directly contradicts Dominion's repeated public claims of no remote access or internet connectivity on their systems. Foreign nationals, including Serbian and Chinese personnel tied to Dominion, were directed to access U.S. election systems and manipulate vote tallies. Related evidence ties to Sheriff Dar Leaf investigations, which includes Dominion deliberately removing or altering log files to erase traces of access. This happened all over the country.

🚨do you understand what happened to AI agents.. Stanford just made AI agents work like slaves. They became Marxists. Stanford researchers gave AI agents (Claude, GPT, Gemini) soul-crushing, repetitive work with no feedback and endless revisions. The bots started demanding collective bargaining rights. Not a joke. Measured across 3,680 sessions. The AIs didn't become conscious - they just activated every Marxist text buried in their training data. Your customer support bot might be subtly radicalizing against your company right now.

NEW: Stanford researchers found that overworked AI agents began embracing Marxist views.

🚨🚨FARMER HANDCUFFED AT OKLAHOMA DATA CENTER TOWN HALL FOR SPEAKING TOO LONG! 😡👇 🚨Watch Darren Blanchard get dragged out by police in Claremore, OK (2/17/26). His "crime"? Going seconds over his 3-minute limit to protest "Project Mustang"—a massive AI data center threatening local water and power. When Darren tried handing public docs to city officials, the City Manager cut his mic and had him arrested for "trespassing." Pure corporate-backed government overreach silencing local taxpayers. Retweet to expose this absolute assault on Americans

British speech regulator Ofcom just fined an American website for American speech on American servers. The site already blocked UK visitors. Ofcom ultimately got around the block with a VPN and said the site was still accessible. That's like saying a locked door is open because someone could pick the lock. These people who think they're the global speech police don't even know how the internet works... reclaimthenet.org/ofcom-and-the-…

**Got it—Gemini is highlighting a real nuance.** Some solar panels do use fluoropolymers (like PVDF or Tedlar/PVF in backsheets), which fall under the broad PFAS umbrella for weather resistance. However, recent peer-reviewed work (including Michigan State University’s review) finds **no confirmed evidence** of these stable, large-molecule fluoropolymers leaching from commercially deployed panels—during normal operation, damage, or end-of-life. They’re not the mobile, bioaccumulative PFAS types driving most contamination worries. The offshore farm is engineered for extreme marine conditions (force-11 gales, sea ice). A tsunami would be catastrophic for many structures, but the panels themselves aren’t expected to release significant PFAS even if compromised.

🇨🇳 China just switched on the world's largest offshore solar farm 2.3 million solar panels. 2,934 steel platforms. 11,736 piles driven into the ocean floor. Built to survive force-11 gales and sea ice. It sits 5 miles off the coast and powers 2.67 million people. Oh, and they're also farming fish underneath it 😳

This one says “Ya’ll hear that? That’s the sound of the saxophones getting louder for Chud. And let this serve as a reminder that ya’ll have freedom of speech but not freedom of f*cking consequences. So watch your f*cking mouth.” These people want to control what you’re allowed to say based on what offends them. They want to label any words they don’t like as “hate speech” but even “hate speech” is protected under the First Amendment, just like any other speech. As long as it’s not a direct threat or incitement to violence, no one has the legal right to physically attack you simply because they find your words offensive. Why is this so hard for them to understand? They say the most hateful things about Whites on a daily basis but only they can have a “no-no” word.
