@OC_Transpo These changes have me considering other routes to get to and from school and work. Incentivize folks to use the train by providing more convenient frequency! I want to not use my car for daily commuting. I can’t with decisions like this from @OC_Transpo and @_MarkSutcliffe.

@OC_Transpo is an embarrassment to our city. This is truly a horrible idea that is beyond frustrating.

Improving congestion on Bank Street (esp between Wellington and TD Place) is as easy as three steps: 1) Express Busses 2) Remove Street Parking 3) Bus Lanes The current two bus lines that pass every 30 minutes is unacceptable.

@OC_Transpo will the upcoming bus schedule change see any differences with the size of busses on the 6 and 7 lines? Those lines frequently have small busses and are often quite crowded. As the only bus connections to the Glebe, Lansdowne, and Old Ottawa South/Carleton, I hope so!

It should be valid to request compensation whenever an @OC_Transpo bus simply does not show up. I’m not talking about a delay. I mean when it ~doesn’t come~. @OC_TranspoHelps

@OC_TranspoHelps, I’ve noticed some 7 busses (Carleton) coming down Waller (I believe) and turning left onto Rideau to proceed to the “normal” route. Do some 7s take that route before stopping at the Rideau Center? I’ve still noticed some 7s drive all along Rideau as usual.

For those who are with the Public Service Healthcare Plan through CanadaLife, is anyone else having a great deal of trouble both getting reimbursed and contacting support? It has been a month for me now waiting to get an over $2000 claim processed.

@OC_Transpo, I am genuinely wondering why we don’t have express buses along or adjacent to Bank that make less stops than the 6 and 7? A line that focuses on high traffic intersections that would be faster for those needing to travel from downtown to Landsdowne.
