@Meowf_Kittian We understand that customers would like updates on social media regarding all outages. Unfortunately, unless our after-hours line crew contacts our social media team, we are unaware of the outage issues when our office is closed.

@Meowf_Kittian Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues we will not have the necessary conductors in place until November to perform the work. To put things into perspective on how long we are waiting for supplies, transformers are on a 2 to 3 year wait list.

@Meowf_Kittian This took approximately 2 hrs to perform the switching necessary to restore residential service and for the businesses along S. Tac. Way. The businesses along 112th were restored just before 8PM. The segment of underground conductor is one of our capital projects.

@Meowf_Kittian Hi Leslie, Sunday at 1:16pm Roy Miller 2 Feeder 8 went down. We had a fault occur on 112th Street that took out an entire bank of underground conductor elbows. Our crew responded and was able to isolate the outage and to perform switching to backfeed our residential customers.
