@MuslimsMatters Since Islam according to Zakir Naik existed before Prophet Muhammad s.a.w., so, the first Muslim (ie. a male person who submits to God) was Adam a.s., and the first Muslimah (ie. a female person who submits to God) was his wife Hawwa. If you follow a sect, then, answer differs.
