Happy Thanksgiving!!!

It was incredible to hear the fantastic news last Friday - my grandfather received the most amazing phone call: he was finally chosen to receive a brand new heart! He had been patiently waiting on that list for over a year. We are truly grateful to God that his surgery went incredibly well on Saturday and now he is on the path to a full recovery. We can't express enough how thankful we are for this miracle!

My advice to HS  recruits: 1. Be eligible..Coaches NEVER run from good grades 2. Seriously consider the school that wants you the most 3. Don’t let level guide you 4. Ask questions..lots! 5. Don’t be afraid to initiate contact 6. Focus on what you can control 7. Run YOUR race
