We have never before ,as a nation, found ourselves under attack with a prime minister who refuses to defend us. Never before have we found ourselves with a Prime Minister who consistently acts against the national interest. This is a national emergency. The closest I can think of was the case of Neville Chamberlain, when the king intervened with the support of the people and back benchers to solicit his resignation when the nation was under threat. In fairness to Mr. Chamberlain, he probably didn't deliberately disadvantage Britain, but nonetheless he could not be allowed to continue as he had done. If you think we have reached a stage where the king and Parliament should intervene, please say so, and repost this.
