What is your diagnosis?
A 19-year-old female with IBS-like symptoms underwent colonoscopy. Multiple scattered plaques were seen throughout the colon, mainly around the superficial vessels, and were more prominent under NBI.

Wow, that Cochrane review on nurse vs doctors is actually REMARKABLY bad. So, it's obviously an interesting question, and I was totally suprised to see there have been 19 RCTs comparing mortality between nurses and doctors (!). And the reported CI is tight RR 1.03 (0.87 to 1.21)+

BREAKING: The UN Secretary-General congratulated the Islamic Republic of Iran on the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. Let me repeat: the head of a supposedly humanitarian and peace organization praised a terrorist regime just weeks after it slaughtered over 40,000 civilians for daring to protest. This was the deadliest two-day massacre in Iranian history, and likely in modern history as well. But sure, congrats. We all know where the UN stands, and it’s not with the people of Iran.
