@BillyBy17 @samueljenkinson the receptionist doesn’t make the decision. they literally just ask the reason so they can write it in the notes and the clinician can make the decision who gets seen when. i’ve been the receptionist, do you really think we want to know everyone’s health conditions? 🥴🥴
