@sapphyreblayze Stats aren't PC. My great grandma and grandma both had kids over 40. Both nearly died in labor, and both of those late life pregnancies were sickly adults. My dad was pushing 40 when I was born, and I was basically his home health nurse by 12. There's a too young AND a too old.

Genuinely an indicator of rising fascism. A decade ago most people didn't bat an eye at women having kids at 40. It had been widely normalised and even seen as a positive development, especially compared to teen pregnancy. But tradwife propaganda is working to reverse that trend.

this is the saddest part of the ban like without teaching myself video editing via youtube as a teenager i would’ve never made it to film school. how sad that an entire generation of kids will potentially miss out on finding and nurturing their passions

Banning YouTube for teenagers is obviously nuts. Clearly no one is using TikTok for educational purposes but YouTube is for everything! Why the hell would you try to stop 14 year olds accessing guitar tutorials? History documentaries? News clips?

@AJg87652993 @besslilburne well actually yes a LOT of people learn instruments from youtube tutorials. without that you pretty much have to rely on lessons, which cost money! so once again working class kids will be at a disadvantage

Do the children of today who are pissed about no phones at concerts know that not that long ago we all went to concerts without the types phones we have today. And that includes disabled people and they didn’t suddenly die because they didn’t have their phone for 2 hours
