@langleyassoc I see, this is an issue that we're aware of, however a couple of workarounds have worked. Could you try launching the app from your Google Play Store? Corrina

@langleyassoc Thank you for confirming, could please go into your device settings, select 'Date & Time' and then 'Automatic Date and Time' and Disable it, and select 'Time zone (GMT 00:00)' does this then allow you to access the app? Corrina
