@DrKnowItAll16 @Tesla Once you have an appointment scheduled you can message service with any questions— including timing. I live an hour from the closest service center so make sure to reach out in advance.

I am absolutely steamed at @Tesla service right now. After a nearly 3 month delay getting our model 3 back glass fixed, and 0 communication from service prior to today, Lane drove 1.5 hours into Atlanta to get it fixed, only to have Tesla service tell her it would be multiple days before the repair could be done and they will not loan a car. Thus I’m having to drive both ways to Atlanta in late afternoon traffic to pick her up, which has more or less ruined both of our work days. And we have to repeat this process later this week to get the car. This is absolutely unacceptable from any brand, much less Tesla.
