Engineers from the Ministry of works and transport are stuck between clearing Vienna International school Namugongo or Life Link hospital in order to set off with the construction of the Namugongo fly over, they issued this to the prime minister assuring her that in order for the construction to start off one has to be demolished either the school or the hospital, Nabbanja has placed in for a request order that allows the government to grab your land incase it needs it for matters of developing the society and advised the owner to go to court, but what should be demolished the school or the hospital?

As a concerned citizen, what does it take to transform @UNRA_UG into a National Roads Construction Company & grow its capacity to build our roads. 50+ years of independence, why do we contract foreign state companies to construct 1,2,3 km roads? @mofpedU, where is the economic justification here? with all these capital flights, why do we painfully borrow to pay these companies who later repatriate all profits 📈 @Parliament_Ug I thought this should be justfied rationalization that would benefit this country and not mere transfer of mandates.
