@sainsburys Well none of that worked. DM messaged and got automated questions and directed to a self refund form again. This didn’t work.

@sainsburys Tried to get a refund for a damaged item by emailing customer services and email is no longer in use. Also, submitted a product refund form and this has also been rejected. However, I have a legal entitlement surely to be able to contact someone in writing. Pls provide.
