I always wanna celebrate when I hit my weight loss goals but that feeling goes away whenever I remember I could’ve just stayed at my lw if I didn’t let myself get to this point 🥲

i stopped wearing my annoying ass watch and not tracking my steps kind of makes me feel better abt myself and my wrist doesnt hurt 24/7 anymore

every time i come to work i debate making myself a shake i could make one <200 cals but the thing is that i have to eat it in my room where no one can see me otherwise I get anxious and its a 10-15 minute walk but i dont want to be seen walking holding a shake.........

these macros are kind of insane (considering i typically have been averaging 1k cals with 20g protein a day...)

:( i just realized that my yogurt i got in a jar had mold in it... it didnt have mold when i ate it, but i was trying to save it so i could wash and reuse the jar, but i forgot to bring it home i thought it would be fine in the fridge but ig not 😞
