Exactly so. There used to be a policy and process that worked, where people were properly vetted before they ever got on a plane or a boat. But UK govt started closing embassies and cutting back on foreign office staff, which has got us into this mess. So don't blame the immigrants and asylum seekers, the majority of whom just want to live their lives and contribute their share. We need that process back in place, until then no amount of hateful protests and hate speech is going to change anything.

Tell your (generic not specific) kids to not do it cos it costs the councils hundreds of thousands of pounds to clean up, money that can be better utilised elsewhere!
