@larascion i hate to break it to you but she looks consistently plain and potato-faced in shadow. some fans apply billion face filters so they can talk about her face card but nope she just meh

I love how when Shadow of the Tomb Raider looks beautiful, it really really is beautiful... but outside of those moments the general visuals feel muddy and half baked. It feels like it drains of all direction from the 2nd half onwards.

Just saw a CoD post calling CoD WWII 'old' for being released in 2017 and everyone agreeing, which is furthered by the 8 CoD titles that have been released since. Meanwhile... Shadow of the TR released in 2018 and the next mainline entries were just announced 5 months ago...

Chris Redfield needs to be a significant part of a new mainline RE game soon. And I mean playable too.

@Croftling I'm really really excited for Catalyst. It's clearly going to be different considering it's the first open-world Tomb Raider, which is already such a change (and hopefully for the better, I can think of the potential)

@larascion im very interested in catalyst gameplay, mostly since im highkey more excited for catalyst than LoA and trailer seemed promising in terms of combat and platforming possibilities

Considering Sacred Artifacts leads directly to Catalyst, It seems like Kurtis, Carter, Zip, Lara and Anaya work together in Catalyst. Also the timing is very good considering in June, Summer Game Fest happens. I'm assuming we'll see LoA Trailer 2 and Catalyst gameplay.

TR2013 has been showing it's age more and more lately. Whilst it's still a beautiful game, it would really benefit from some modern upgrades.

There were 11 years between Tomb Raider 1 and Tomb Raider Anniversary. There have already been 13 years between Tomb Raider (2013) and this year/Legacy of Atlantis. I wonder if we'll see a Tomb Raider (2013) remake/large remaster at some point...
