Then this woman was going to get a fence installed, she thought her property extended a few feet more than what she thought. She arranged a meeting with the neighbor so they could agree with where the fence would be built, he kept putting her off and he was condescending to her because he was so certain that his property extended further into her yard than the thought. He tells her she should get a survey so he can see for herself where his land is. After leaving her with no options, she did just that. After the surveyor came out, it turns out her property line is actually right next to her time, turns out his trees were on her property. Now he is irate and doesn’t respect the boundary. Knowing it’s within her right to build the fence right on the property line, should she, or since it’s a neighbor will cause more headaches than what it’s worth?

@RealAnneMarie @isaguor I was confused when they said she was on preventative chemo I’ve never heard of it being called that. Catherine announced in January 2025 that she is in remission from cancer

I don’t want to be dramatic (I absolutely am), but it’s extremely rare for Catherine to get into the car before William after a walkabout. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve seen that happen in all the years I’ve been here. Honestly, it almost never happens. 😭

@RealAnneMarie @isaguor Who actually believes she had cancer? The Palace Statement stated she was undergoing precautionary treatment after pre-cancerous cells were discovered after surgery.

I’m going to a wedding next weekend and can’t decide on shoes! The dress is vintage and has this gorgeous floral pattern, so I wanted shoes that either complemented it or kept things simple. I found option 1 (the floral block heels) from an amazing maker on a shop who does hand-painted shoes — she actually matched the colors to my dress from a photo I sent her. Option 2 is just simple nude strappy heels that I already own. Honestly, I can’t decide if I should go bold with the matching florals or keep it classic!
