this isn’t addressed to anyone in particular, but there’s a strange habit people have whenever they hear of an early divorce: immediately assuming the woman is at fault. much could also be said about men going into marriage nowadays. 😂 men, young and old enough, without compassion, manners and wisdom to manage the home. men who, when you hear about the things they do, you'll seethe with rage and disgust. Unsolicited advice: When you use AI to generate code, step back and try to design the entire system from scratch. Don't build as you go. Before generating or writing any code, create a Technical Requirements Document in markdown format. You can use AI to brainstorm about how to do it. Review the TDD.md and make sure you understand everything there. Next step is to collaborate with AI to create epics. You can divide the entire project into 3 or more epics. Within each epic, create tickets. These are all markdown files and they will go into details of how the project is implemented, folder structure, testing strategy and overall architecture. Agai,n make sure you read and understand all the tickets and epics. You can choose to commit or gitignore the TDD, epic and ticket files. For each ticket, start a new session, put the epic and ticket in the chat context and prompt the AI to implement it. After implementing a ticket, stage it and start a fresh session. This new session is to review what was done. You can prompt the AI to do the review; it will most definitely find bugs in what it generated. Go into the code and validate for false positives and hallucinations. Correct the AI or accept the requested changes, stage the files again and commit. Finally mark the ticket as completed. To start the next ticket, you clear the context again. If you do this, there is no way you won't know when fastembed was removed from your dependencies. Also, you will actually own the codebase. In the rare case that I have to generate code with AI, especially for tests, this is how I do it. Of course, there could be better and more efficient methods other people use. Your current approach of finding out after the fact that fastembed was removed from your dependencies may very well be a better alternative. It depends on what you are optimising for.

The sweet spot. Teach you every single topic but use about 80% of the exercises to train you and use the 20% which he holds out to test you. This way you will be able to LEARN those math topics This is MACHINE LEARNING You are welcome 🤗 3/3

Now let’s flip it. He was suppose to teach you 5 topics with a total of 50 exercises but being a bad teacher, he only taught you algebra (with 10 exercises) and set questions across all topics… you will struggle as you only know algebra This is UNDER-FITTING 2/3

If someone is to teach you 5 math topics say (set, algebra, stat, calculus and geometry) using 10 exercises for each topic. If during test, they repeat the same exercises that was used to teach you as questions, you will get 100% as you’ve seen them all This is OVERFITTING 1/3
