Tbh when I watched the video, my first impression was that the A/R Minister could have been a bit more measured. Maybe the heat of the moment got to him and later when he was calm could have approached the firemen and addressed it more properly. I’m sure even the A/R minister, with the benefit of hindsight will agree.

@Kay_Mannuel @drgyimah @_AlbertAkwesi a volvo tender has 11,400 tank capacity, takes around 30 minutes to fill up with good hydrant pressure.. now you drive all the way back to the scene to fill up the base pump .. if there’s low pressure at the hydrant .. it is possible to have an empty tender at the fire scene ✌🏾

@Kay_Mannuel @drgyimah @_AlbertAkwesi if there are no nearby flowing hydrants .. the supporting tenders will have to travel long distance to “fill and come back to feed” the base pump. if the nearest hydrant has low pressure . all the supporting tenders will form a queue to fill up..
