@larnz1111 Yes, but probably far less than nowadays. People were far more resilient in the 80s because we had to be. We didn't have a choice. You just got over it and got on with life.

@larnz1111 Sorry to hear Lana, that’s so much loss to go through, I don’t think putting shame on it would stop anyone it might have the opposite effect. It’s good for people to be able to say goodbye and celebrate the life they lived and what they meant to you

We are home now been a draining weekend very sad Was able to get accommodation up in paihia I thought it was Close to karetu marae but wasn’t 🤦🏽‍♀️ but was cheap Steve done the 10 hour drive home Got to see daysha and she was able to give dyna her present coz it was her 8th
