@wholemars The question is how much he will increase the company’s value additionally. I believe the company will do well and will increase its value multiple times even without him. I do believe he will bring values to the company and will make the company even better. But I doubt the size

@PeterSchiff $NKE can build factories in USA for those products sold in USA and build factories in other countries for those sold in other countries. This is what $ TSLA is currently doing.

Nike won't build factories in the U.S. to make sneakers. That would add more cost than the 40% tariffs. Plus, they need to stay competitive selling to customers in other countries that don't impose tariffs. The result will be fewer sneakers sold in the U.S. at much higher prices.

@KobeissiLetter If $MSTR stock price drops a lot, the convertible note holders do not convert to shares. Then company needs to pay note holders in cash for principal when due. If company cannot issue more shares due to low prices or does not have enough cash, then the company could have problem.
