To be clear — We have indeed, and in fact, been going through the process laid out by @MassAGO — but since @MassAGO blocked us from court last time and sided with legislative leaders, yes, we have been ALSO advocating that @MassAGO definitely agree to allow us access to court this time around. I’m aware that my push to ensure that we won’t be denied access to court this time around is frustrating to some of my colleagues, but I’d rather have colleagues frustrated with me for a while than a missed opportunity for real change to a broken system.
