Tragisk avgjørelse! Ser rimelig klart ut. Ser tilbake. Kutter foran. Kontakt. Obstruksjon. #skivmtrondheim

@OracleDatabase #OracleEBR Can you explain this? 4 editions: ora$base, e1, e2 and e3. Create a package ('tst') spec and body with one procedure p1 in e1. Then replace both spec and body and add another procedure p2 in e2. e3 inherit spec from e2 but body from e1 (invalid)???

@OracleDatabase In Oracle 19c my PLSQL code (a call to a public constant defined in a package specification) is failing because the body has an error. If I drop the body, the code runs fine. Is this by design?

@Fly_Norwegian My definition of a BAD airplane company:"You book a trip. After some weeks you receive an e-mail with flight changes. The direct flight of 1 hr, now has one stop and takes 4 hr. Your option is to change flight plan or cancel. If you change you need to pay full price

@gareth @NiceTheoryVidar Does that make the code run faster? Do every database system behave the same way? This is what someone (very mistakenly) calls database independence. What about using the licences you pay fore, and getting the best out of your DB system. Just a thought 😉

@MartinDBA Then you get the privilege to stay in the draft. The other day I stayed in the draft of one of the best female riders in Norway - in head wind. I turned around before some monster climbs (so she wouldn't humiliate me totally). Even with the wind behind the speed went down.

Looking forward to taking the road bike for an 80km ride in the sunshine tomorrow. I’m going with friends who are faster than me. But you grow with your challenges, don’t you 🤨

@MartinDBA I would go to the nearest bike store where you get the service you deserve. Then I would buy a bike which fits my Wallet and my need. When it comes to bikes I need a physical store.

Right, that’s it. I finally made up my mind and will get a new road bike. But it’s near impossible to work out which one 😔Anyone reading this with any advice? I’d like an Ultegra or comparable setup (no electronics), carbon wheels and frame and disc brakes. Open to suggestions

@GebalJacek @oracleace Thanks … I guess (actually I was just degraded from ACE to ACE Associate), but at least I’m hanging in there. Most important part is that I hopefully soon will be joining conferences and meeting all the interesting people again (Read: you people)
