If you want to be a successful editor in the YouTube space, you can't have the 9 to 5 mentality. 🤷🏻‍♂️ The creator you work for is not just your boss, he's your coworker. You're both working towards the same goal. If the channel does well, you're gonna do well too. You're not just working for them, you're working for you too. 🙂

@KIRNEILL Biggest thing is lighting. You can have a $3000+ cam setup, but crap lighting and it’ll look horrible.

This camera was the largest waste of money in my entire setup. You can make low to medium level content with your IPhone and your viewers won’t notice a difference Invest in yourself, then your equipment after
