Over the past few weeks, we’ve been building, planning, and having a lot of conversations behind the scenes.
Today, we want to share one of the biggest decisions we’ve made 🫡
-LastLap will be moving from @base to @RobinhoodApp Chain.
We know some of you won’t expect this, so we wanted to explain why.
When we first started LastLap, Base felt like the right place to begin. It gave us the confidence to take our first steps, and we’ll always appreciate the builders and community we met along the way.
But as our vision evolved, so did our requirements.
-LastLap is no longer just an NFT collection in our minds.
We’re building an ecosystem. A place where NFTs, community participation, future protocol mechanics, and long-term utility all come together🤝
That means every infrastructure decision matters🏗️
After spending time exploring different ecosystems, we believe Robinhood Chain gives us the environment that best aligns with where we want to take LastLap over the next few years.
This isn’t about chasing hype.
It’s about making a decision we believe is right for the future of the project and for everyone who chooses to be part of it.
