This is insane. And exactly what all of the wealthy people and corporations were terrified of. A politician proving you can enhance the quality of life for your constituents, by not taking away from the working class, rather taxing the rich.
See how socialistic views aren’t bad?

The Devils Wears Prada 2 featured the rise of media scandals and accountability culture, HR dominated workspaces, lifeless and arrogant consultants, and the death of print magazines.
Best moment of the film for me was when the delusional billionaire set to purchase Runway spews this “everything will be AI” nonsense at Miranda Priestly, who in a crisis of faith wonders if it’s so over.
The question in the end is if our imperfect humanity will ultimately overcome this bulldozer of modernization. Perfect film for 2026.

Devil Wears Prada 2 is a business nerd movie at heart. Not as good as the first film, but a worthy follow-up. A love letter to publishing, journalism, brands/advertising, and NYC. There is a scene that anyone who worked at a fashion brand or media agency in the age of Magazines (prior to ~2015) will cause PTSD. I thoroughly enjoyed that part because it was really, really accurate.
