cover corp has announced a restructuring of HOLOSTARS. after nearly 7 years of activities that went beyond streaming to include events, collabs and live shows, the group will be shifting from company led group activities to individually focused activities starting this fiscal year. this means the following will be limited or concluded entirely: -company led projects - studio streams -new merchandise including anniversary items -original song production. cover states the decision was made after repeated discussions on how to keep HOLOSTARS sustainable, and emphasizes this is an executive business decision not caused by any of the talents. each member is currently in individual discussions with the company about their path forward. this announcement comes as cover corp stock has seen a roughly 47% decline over the past year. :/
