Es ist ja immer ganz schön "digitale Souveränität" und "mehr Open Source für die Verwaltung" zu versprechen, nur passiert das alles nicht von allein - und vor allem nicht ohne die entsprechenden finanziellen Mittel im Bundeshaushalt. Deswegen muss der Bundestag hier nachbessern!
