*ROSE BOWL* OHIO STATE/OREGON OVER 55 (-105) 2:00pm PST - *ESPN* Ohio State comes into this game with massive revenge after losing to Oregon back in October and if you remember, WE CASHED on Oregon in that wild finish! However, do keep in mind that Ohio State was dealing with some injuries on the offensive line in that game. This is an offensive line that slowed down one of the best pass rush teams in the country in the Tennessee Vols in the first round of these playoffs. This should be a back-and-forth fast tempo type of game here. Remember, on a neutral field, Oregon lit up the Penn State defense which is a bit better than this Ohio State defense. And note that in that same game, this Oregon defense struggled against that Penn State offense and this Ohio State offense is much better than Penn State in offensive success rate. Ohio State is the best team in the country and my power ratings have them listed as the favorite on a neutral field in this matchup and that’s exactly the case here as they should win this game in the end. Will Howard should do just enough to get his team in great position to score points early and often throughout this game. He went 28/35 for 326 yards and two passing touchdowns in that first meeting and he could repeat that performance again here. Keep in mind too that Oregon only had 3 penalties in that first meeting compared to Ohio State who had 8 penalties which was the deciding factor in that game and that will not happen again here. Expect to see another high scoring affair in this game and in the end, Ohio State pulls off the victory and gets revenge as they shock majority of the market and moves on to the semifinals.
