Mark Carney said shovels for high speed rail could be in the ground in 4 years. The govt has already handed over $3.9B and not a single meter of track has been laid. This thing will end up costing Canada hundreds of billions and will never be completed.

Chicago police respond to a "man with a gun" call and encounter 50-year-old Joseph Navarro. Gunfight ensues. After soaking up copious amounts of lead Mr. Navarro eventually dies.
