I'm pivoting Launchable Studio 👀 1. Targeting boring businesses Startups are exciting, but they are too volatile. It's too hard to fight with the high churn. Instead, I'm going to target boring, outdated businesses. They have stable revenue but lack tools and integrations to scale these days. 2. Creating specific offer We're going to niche down. We're staring with 3 early customer profiles (ECP). This will let us create precise offers and copy for each of them. Then, we'll pick the best one. 3. Sales outreach Time to move off 𝕏 and grab a phone. To get predictable and scalable leads, I'm investing full time into building sales funnels. This will include list building, lead magnets, content, community and much more. 4. Building team Being a solopreneur has given me a lot of freedom, but it's time to scale. I've already started hiring developers. During the next months, I'm planning to build an in-house sales and content teams. Goal My goal is to: - identify ICP - build scalable sales funnel - grow @launchable_ to $50K MRR in 6 months

agency founders: finding clients, contractors do the job, MRR goes brrr 💸 also agency founders: posting job offers, searching the network for freelancers, going through 1,000's of job applications, 100s of interview calls, test weeks, onboarding, micro managing, making sure contractors deliver work on time, making sure the delivered work meets the tasks' criteria, making sure the delivered work meets the agency standards, making sure contractors are paid on time, making sure contractors stay motivated, jumping in when contractor gets sick or leaves, paying for wrongly scoped work from own pocket, playing Chinese whispers between the clients and contractors, making sure no sensitive client data gets to the contractors, paying contractors' from own pocket when client delays the payment have I missed anything? 🤔

it's probably obvious that uncoverLAB has ready website components ✨ but I never shared uncoverLAB, which also provides app flows with ready wireframes. I always say, that if you don't have money for research the best you can do is, recreate the experience the user knows best to make the onboarding and first weeks of using as simple as possible. I always wasted time recreating some of the flows or components - so you don't need to do it anymore - well.. soon when I launch it

I run an MVP agency yet I've been shipping polished texts. From now on, I'll practice minimum viable writing. I'll focus on "what" I want to say, not "how" I want to do it. First topic: Why you should forget everything that school has taught you about writing? Interested?

daaang. when I'm dropping here an update with 3-5 new components I don't count how many components I already added to the app. but besides website sections, there are also color palettes and recreation of UX flows from the most popular app. I'm proud of myself. Also thank you @d_studzinski, for development part ❤️

I'm quitting Twitter. It's been a huge distraction from growing my business. Tried pleasing the algorithm instead of doing real work. Met cool people here, but nothing beats face-to-face. I'll stay in touch with some of you in DMs. I'll be back when I've got real value to share, not just MRR screenshots or boring updates. Until then, I'm focusing 100% on @launchable_ and @twentyfivetools. See you in the future! 👋

Finally started working on @launchable_ marketing funnel! First step: PPC landing page—super simple, one CTA, no distractions. The form's linked to @loops for email automation. Next up: email course. Should I change anything? 🤔 Link in 🧵

Here's the MVP version of a marketing funnel for launchable.studio👇 1. Paid ads (top of the funnel) To keep things simple I'll drive all of the traffic to my funnel via ads. For simplicity, I'll go with Facebook ads (I already have experience). Ads will point to landing pages. 2. Lead magnets (middle of the funnel) I will create a lead magnet for each of the objections my target customer has. Examples: - "How can I validate my idea fast?" - "How do I know what features users want?" - "Where can I find someone to build my app for me?" Lead magnets will be mainly: - notion docs, - email courses, - checklists, - templates. Each lead magnet will have a dead-simple landing page with an email signup form. 3. Thank you page / email flows After signing up for the lead magnet, the lead will be redirected to a "thank you" page with a brief intro about Launchable Studio and it's offer. 4. Newsletter (bottom of the funnel) I want to start with a short, valuable and actionable weekly newsletter. It will help startup founders validate ideas and plan their new projects. 5. Website (qualified) All qualified leads will be redirected to the website where they can book a call. There will be previous projects, testimonials, and case studies for social proof. 6. Refer (unqualified) All unqualified leads will be referred to other agencies for referral fee. --- This is my marketing plan for March. I'll post updates on each of the steps, starting with lead magnets.
