Update regarding BaseCase
Transparency has always been one of the core principles of SEED, and today we want to address the situation around BaseCase.
Over the past weeks, we have been in continuous communication with the BaseCase team regarding development progress, token-related events, and the formal report we requested following the recent token activity. Multiple deadline extensions were granted in good faith, as our priority was always to resolve the situation constructively and protect the community.
Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the requested report has not been delivered, communication has significantly deteriorated, and the team has become increasingly unresponsive. At this stage, we are no longer receiving clarity on development progress, nor are we seeing the level of engagement and responsibility that is required to continue structured collaboration.
Given the lack of transparency, missed commitments, and breakdown in communication, we regret to inform the community that SEED will no longer be able to support BaseCase moving forward.
🌱This situation is deeply disappointing. Our intention was to build long-term value together, but trust is the foundation of any launch ecosystem, and once that trust is compromised, continuing support becomes impossible.
We want to be clear that we acted in good faith throughout this process, extended timelines to allow for resolution, and made multiple attempts to secure clarity. Unfortunately, the outcome was outside of our control.
As always, our priority remains protecting the SEED community and maintaining the integrity of the launch architecture we are building.
We will continue focusing on projects that share our standards of transparency, accountability, and long-term commitment.
SEED Team 🌱
